1. Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of “Smart Machine Products” (including but not limited to smart devices, components, and related services) by SILSILAT ALKOUN TRADING L.L.C (“the Company”) to the customer (“the Buyer”).
1.1. Scope of Agreement
Acceptance: Placing an order confirms the Buyer’s acceptance of these T&C.
Product Description: Products are as described on the Company’s quotation, invoice, or official product documentation. The Company reserves the right to make minor modifications to product specifications without prior notice, provided the change does not materially affect performance or function.
Pricing & Payment: All prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Payment terms (e.g., Net 30, pre-payment) will be specified on the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in interest charges and/or suspension of future supply.
1.2. Delivery and Title
Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates only. The Company is not liable for any delays.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the product to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point, unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Title: Title to the products remains with the Company until full payment is received.
1.3. Warranty
Limited Warranty: The Company warrants that the products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials for a period of [Insert Specific Warranty Period, e.g., twelve (12) months] from the date of delivery.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, accident, modification, improper installation, or external causes (e.g., power surges, extreme environmental conditions)
Products where the serial number has been removed or tampered with
Sole Remedy: The Company’s sole obligation under this warranty is, at its option, to repair or replace the defective product.
1.4. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the sale of products shall not exceed the price paid by the Buyer for the specific product that gives rise to the claim. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or business interruption).
1.5. Governing Law
These T&C shall be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
2. Refund and Exchange Policy (R&E Policy)
2.1. General
This R&E Policy applies to products purchased directly from SILSILAT ALKOUN TRADING L.L.C. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice.
2.2. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If a product is found to be defective immediately upon receipt (“Dead on Arrival”), the Buyer must notify the Company within [Insert timeframe, e.g., 7 days] of delivery.
The Company will arrange for the return of the DOA product and, upon verification of the defect, will offer a prompt replacement or a full refund.
2.3. Returns for Non-Defective Products
The Company generally does not accept returns for non-defective, correctly supplied products, as “Smart Machine Products” often require specific configuration.
Exception: At the Company’s sole discretion, a return may be considered if requested within [Insert timeframe, e.g., 14 days] of purchase, provided the product is:
Unopened and in its original, sealed packaging

2.4. Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for defective products under warranty (as per Section 1.3). The exchange will be for the same product model.
If the exact product is unavailable, the Company will offer a comparable replacement or a refund.
2.5. Process for Return/Exchange

Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the package.
Ship the product to the Company’s registered address: Naif Road, Deira PB No: 99396 – Naif – Dubai. The Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a DOA or a proven Company error.
