Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, personalized or custom products, personal care items, flammable liquids, hazardous materials, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us.

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return your original item and make a separate purchase once the return is approved.

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
